Evaluation:

Ricardo Gathers is a physical speciman to say the least. He is extremely athletic and one of the strongest power forwards in his class. He dominates the boards on both ends of the floor and is very good at scoring around the rim. He needs to continue to develop his skills, but he has a decent mid-range jump shot and can usually hit his free throws. If Gathers embraces his position as a power forward and focuses on developing scoring moves on the block it will greatly benefit his potential as a scorer.
