Conference Recruiting Ranking: #5
The Pac-12 checks in at #5 in the conference recruiting class rankings. They are extremely guard heavy as 7 of the top 8 incoming players play one of the two guard positions. Although the conference didn't bring in any elite big-men, you can at least expect them to have solid and exciting guard play for the foreseeable future.
Arizona leads the way with 4 top 100 players and a top 5 overall recruiting class. Josiah Turner is a top 10 player and an excellent point guard who knows how to run a team. Nick Johnson is a talented shooting guard with off-the-charts athleticism. In addition to the backcourt duo, they also bring in two talented frontcourt players. Sidiki Johnson is an athletic power forward who does an excellent job of rebounding among other things, while Angelo Chol can play either power forward or center and has a lot of upside.
Other nationally ranked recruiting classes in the Pac-12 include Oregon at #27, Washington at #30, Arizona State at #38, UCLA at #48, and Stanford at #49.
